German Technical Support

Established company based in Barnet / Hertfordshire is looking for a German speaker to work in their technical support team. The role is to provide technical support assistance to internal and external customers. Using various problem identification skills, diagnose problems, identify solutions, and drive issues to resolution.

The right candidate has/is:

  • Fluent in German and English at a technical level
  • A minimum of 6 months’ working in a technical support role;
  • Understanding of supporting online products and/or computers;
  • Strong customer service focus;
  • Excellent communicator;
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy of work;
  • Problem solver and able to use own initiative;
  • Responsive and quick to learn and update knowledge;
  • Team player;
  • Self-starter and able to manage and prioritize own workload
  • A formal IT qualification would be desirable
