Role: Responsible for a team of 12-20 staff that work alongside the business to manage customer accounts and maintain SLA's within the business and increase customer satisfaction.
Skills; The ideal candidate will have experience as a Team Manager in a contact centre. You must have managed a team of 10+ staff and reported to a CS/Ops Director and be competent at delivering monthly, quarterly and departmental reports, with fluent German.
