Advancing People Multilingual are working on behalf of a world leading technology company within the financial services sector who are actively looking for a German speaking Support Executive to join their European technical support team, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
Due to the creation and implementation of a European Support Desk, our client are seeking ambitious and experienced multilingual professionals to assist with the implementation and growth of this new team.
The European Support Executive role:
- 'Ticket' management using the company's in house database and a high level of organisation
- Inbound and outbound calling to retailers, suppliers and customers
- Supplier/third party management
- Mailbox management
- Fault diagnosis and recommending the correct course of action to address this
- Problem solving according to business processes within a busy environment and escalating where appropriate
- Full ownership of requests through to resolution
- Proactively managing any issues a customer may have
- Building and maintaining knowledge on articles and other internal documentation
Skills & Experience:
- Fluent in German
- Account Management/Customer Service/Helpdesk/Supplier Management experience
- Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication
- Exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task
- The ability to act under instruction with limited supervision
- Positive attitude towards change is a must

This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of up to £26,000 + attractive company benefits!
