German Speaking Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for securing new business by following up incoming leads and generating new leads from targeted call groups. Ensuring that all enquiries are processed and dealt with in a timely manner.
Your main duties will include:
- Delivering excellent sales service to potential customers.
- Communicating effectively with customers by telephone, email and mail in either German or English.
- Working to monthly individual and team targets.
- Working through a target call lists.
- Maintaining complete and accurate records in the database, ensuring all information is kept up to date.
- Providing concise quotes for various products.
- Dealing with all types of enquiries with a can-do problem solving attitude.
- Supporting the Sales Manager and fellow colleagues where needed.
- Have fluent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, with an excellent telephone manner as well as be able to use correct grammar, punctuation and spelling when dealing with all correspondence.
- Have previous experience within a consultative sales environment.
- Be highly customer focussed, and enjoy building relationships with customers.
- Be a strong team player.
