German Speaking Sales Administrator

Our client, a growing ecommerce company that designs innovative gifts is currently looking for a talented German speaking sales administrator.
You will provide best in class customer service to customers from Germany, the Netherlands and the UK to support the company in reaching its goals. Most customer communication will be via e-mail so you will have first class written skills in German and English. You will be using your administration and communication skills to process orders, liaise with customers, deal with queries, create credit notes, allocate payments, manage invoices and prepare and attend trade shows amongst many other duties.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your German skills in a varied and challenging sales administration role for an innovative and developing company.
