German Speaking Recruitment Specialist | London | Perm | competitive salary + bonus

RTM is an innovative Talent management consultancy and the strategic Sourcing and Recruitment partner to some of the biggest brands across a range of industries.

Our European presence is growing, and as such we are looking for German speaking Recruitment Specialists to join our team.

Whether you are a German speaking Recruitment Specialist with several years' experience, or someone with just 6 months, if you have worked in the Recruitment industry in a contingency, internal, RPO, or MSP environment, this is for you.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Advanced Boolean searching, and competent in using job boards to find active and inactive candidates.
  • Evidence of direct hiring recruitment on-site and writing job adverts.
  • Evidence of recruiting across a number of skill sets and sectors, and managing multiple campaigns and roles.
  • Proficient at creating innovative sourcing strategies (ex. forums, online networks, internet interrogation).
  • Competency based interviewing at all levels
  • Experience of web based recruitment software, procurement applications including at least one ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Previous RPO/outsourcing experience is desirable
  • Psychometric or technical testing is desirable
