We are now looking to recruit a full time or part time Bilingual Office Administrator.

Responsibilities will include:

Supporting the European team for German language testing (phone screening)

Formatting and proof-reading candidate CVs

Website Management - UK & Germany

Social Media Marketing - LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter, Facebook

Maintaining and updating accounts spreadsheets & raising invoices to clients

Translating documents from German to English

Posting Jobs across sites - UK & Germany

General Office Duties

Assisting Office Manager, Directors and Staff as required

Answering telephone calls and acting as first point of contact for clients and candidates

Liaising with the UK and Germany businesses on a daily basis

Required Skills:

Previous administration experience essential

Website management

Expert in word and excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident telephone manner

Effective prioritisation skills

Attention to detail

Committed and professional

Fluent in English and German
