Essential skills:

  • Must be fluent in German and English
  • Experienced as a technical support specialist, 1st / 2nd line support with a strong understanding of networking principles.
  • Strong interest in mobility, solid understanding of leading and emerging mobile technologies along with working knowledge of Android, Apple & Windows Operating Systems.
  • Excellent problem solving, problem resolution & analytical skills.
  • A quick learner with the ability to comprehend and explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Solid communication skills along with the ability to build and manage relationships with large enterprises.


As a German Speaking IT Helpdesk Support specialist, youwill be required to provide first class customer service across the business, you will be providing support on the German market. This is an IT Support role and you will be working within a team as a first point of resolution.
