Our client is looking to recruit a German speaking Export Sales Administrator to join them in February 2018 on a fixed-term Maternity Cover contract for a 12month period.
Working as part of a team of 4 Export Administrators (various languages), this role will be specifically supporting their German Export Sales Executive.
The attributes/experience they are looking for are:
- German native speaker or degree level German (no other foreign language required). If native German, they must have excellent written and spoken English.
- Order processing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Confident and accurate computer and data-entry skills – minimum of intermediate level Excel
- Excellent telephone and email correspondence manner
- Calm, organised, helpful and flexible, multi-tasking – a willingness to learn and help others – Team Player
- Be able to work to deadlines and work under pressure – highly organised administration
- Willingness to get stuck in e.g. sending samples; chasing estimating and production etc
- Experience in the print or packaging industry would be advantageous but not necessary
