Origin Multilingual is proud to announce we are Recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Executive to join an established business. My client is a specialist provider within their field of expertise. Due to expansion, they are now ready to hire their new German Speaking Customer Service Executive.
As the new German Speaking Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for providing an exceptional aftersales service to the existing Client Portfolio for the DACH Region. You will achieve this by completing the following:
- Payment processing – You will be taking payments from clients after they have completed the Sales process with the Sales department.
- After Sales Support – You will be handling inbound and outbound customer calls, in daily basis to complete the Sales process with existing clients.
- Internal communications – Liaising internally with the existing departments to ensure full efficiency of the After Sales service.
- Administration – You will be logging all client customer care correspondence and all payment processing documentation onto the CRM system
As the German Speaking Customer Service Executive you will need to have the following competences:
- Must be fluent in German to native communication level.
- Previous B2B customer service or customer account management experience is essential.
- Aftersales support experience is desirable.
- Must be equipped and have the mind-set of working in a fast paced and busy environment.
