German Speaking Customer Service Supervisor

Based in Beckenham
Our client a large financial services company based in Beckenham are looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Service Supervisor to join their expanding company.
- Responsible for all aspects of voice and written shareholder contact from a population of over 100,000 German/Austrian customers by phone, post and email
- Contact from these shareholders is varied - from basic enquiries to more complex cases requiring investigation
- The successful candidate will have three direct reports all working in the German language and will be responsible for the day to day oversight of the team and monitoring levels of quality and adherence to procedures and SLAs
- Fluent in German and English - both written and spoken
- GCSE Mathematics grad C minimum
- Intermediate experience of Excel, Word and Outlook
- FCA experience would be desired
- IOC or ICSA qualification
- Customer service experience
- People Management experience
