German Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our client based in Leicestershire.

For this position the ability to speak German fluently is essential

The position requires good communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise at a senior level with the management of the Sales, Marketing and Operations functions

Duties and Responsibilities of a German Speaking Customer Service Representative:

You will mainly be responsible for customer queries. This will involve co-ordinating quotations and providing timely information to all customers as well as:

  • Facilitating all actions necessary to assist Product Line Managers to develop sales
  • Liaise with the various product development teams to penetrate areas for new products and assist with any promotional activities
  • Carry out co-ordination of quotations
  • Support team projects
  • Manage Excel based reports on a daily basis
  • Ensure that all customer issues and queries are acknowledged or answered within 24 hours
  • Flexibility as customer and team requirements change
  • Ensure robust relationships are built and managed both internally and externally
  • Ensure all quotation, project and promotional activity is monitored and reported monthly

Details of a German Speaking Customer Service Representative:

  • Location: Leicestershire
  • £9.00-£10.00 per Hour.
  • Hours: Mon-Fri 37.5 Hrs Per Week
  • Temporary ongoing

Details of a German Speaking Customer Service Representative:

  • Essential for the successful candidate to be fluent in German Speaking
  • Good interpersonal skills are a necessity
  • Previous experience in inside sales / customer service
  • Good communication skills, both written & verbal both German and English
  • Analytical and detail conscious with a commitment to excellence
  • Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Flexible approach within an ever changing environment
  • Ability to positively promote a professional way of working culture
  • Highly ethical and can work in a team environment
  • Advanced PC skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Outlook and Office), and common applications
  • SAP and CRM knowledge is preferable

Additional information:

  • The individual will collate information, including root cause analysis and progress through to implementation of improvements.
