German Speaking Customer Service Executive

Are you a bubbly, confident, motivated German Speaker seeking a role? We are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor within a small but reputable company offering a salary of up to £20,000 per annum. If this sounds like you then please apply now!

The Job Role:

  • Deal competently and confidently with all customer calls and resolve any queries/issues promptly and professionally.
  • Working with both UK and German based customers.
  • Build excellent customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular follow up calls to customers.
  • Participate enthusiastically in all new sales drives and marketing initiatives.
  • Account management for UK and German customers.
  • Process all orders.

Experience / Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • You WILL be bubbly, motivated, confident, open to change and keen to learn.
  • You MUST speak German fluently both written and verbally.
  • You will be highly organised, be able to multi task and be happy working in a busy and at times challenging environment.
  • You will have excellent PC Skills.

The Package:

  • An annual salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum.
  • A temporary to permanent contract.
  • Workings hours - 37.5 hrs per week
  • Working within a small but reputable company.
  • Free onsite parking and facilities.
