The Company:
Our client is a well-established UK manufacturing company with international operations.

Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day Customer Services Coordination and report to the Customer Services Manager

The Role:
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis over the phone and email
- To process orders, expeditions and deliveries
- To process freight quotations
- To create pro forma invoices, process payments and follow up
- To create credit notes and maintain customer pricelists
- To set up new accounts and update customers details with accuracy
- To manage data input and file management
- To ensure general admin duties
- To provide occasional language support in German to the Technical department
- To provide occasional translation to the Marketing and Sales departments

The candidate:
- Fluent in English and German (Written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in a Customer Service / Account Management environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation skills and great attention to details
- IT literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…) / Knowledge of Factory Master would be a bonus
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Proactive and dynamic personality
