An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi Lingual Customer Service Consultant to work for our client in South Bristol. Working in the International Customer Service Department.
Duties will include
Act as initial point of contact for enquiries for customers
Providing a high standard of customer service at all times
Dealing with incoming enquiries relating to memberships, products and programmes via email and telephone
Researching and investigating information to enable successful processing of applications
Managing, organising and updating customer information on internal databases
Occasionally participating at events and shows to promote the company.
The suitable candidate must be
Fluent in English and German
Be able to demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication.
This is a very varied role, so will also require someone who can demonstrate an organised approach to their work
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
This role is based in North Bristol paying £20,000
