Committed to deliver high quality customer service, they require exquisite professional Customer Success Executives to join their team in Canary Wharf.
You will have the chance to become part of a great, dynamic team, working together to ensure that the customer service experience is exceptional!
You will be responsible for speaking to the German market, either by telephone or email.
Managing inbound calls/emails from new and existing customers, dealing with queries, questions, complaints and providing information, on their hotel reservation.
You will be required to work 37.50 hours a week, as the office is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Shifts are given 6 weeks in advance to allow you to plan your personal life around your work.
£19740 per year, with an added 20% of your salary when you work after 7pm in the evenings.
