Working from home - however you must be able to attend training on site in Edinburgh Airport, additionally the role could return to the office.

Our clients has a new exciting opportunity looking for skilled relationship managers who are passionate about providing a high level of customer service, are numerate, process driven, have high attention to detail. In return we offer a top end salary £25,000. Our client offers great working environment, full training, a and a 40 hours working week.

* Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
* Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
* Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
* Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
* Meeting with managers in the organisation to plan strategically.
* Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
* Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
