My client has over 50 years’ experience within design and manufacturing, they supply a number of large business in a range of sectors; Architectural, Automotive, Retail and Medical just to name a few. They sell to companies around the world.
Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:15
Friday 08:00 – 13:45
£18,000 - £20,000 (subject to experience)
My client look after various items for their clients in Europe, they are looking for someone to liaise with their customers in Germany and France. You will be responsible for:
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships
• Providing customers with information in a polite and professional manner
• Be pro-active and use your initiative
• Deal with queries and complaints – remain calm under pressure
• Monitor stock levels and understand availability
• Coordinate the stock being released – deliveries/freight etc.
• Process orders and general sales administration
• Be the first point of contact for customers in Germany/France
