As a German speaking Customer Advisor, you will join the international customer service department which provides customer advice to consumers and medical professionals in the UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The customer advisors offer product information and deal with enquiries professionally for all German and English speaking clients. Excellent communication skills are required, together with great attention to detail and strong team spirit. The customer advice service is a 24 hour service but these roles are for the morning afternoon shift - Monday to Friday from 6:45am to 3:15pm.
- Fluent English and German
- Previous experience working as a Customer Services Agent, Customer Advisor, Customer Care, CS Advisor, Customer Services Assistant is desirable
- People person, natural empathy and willingness to help
- Enthusiasm, confidence, ambition to enjoy being part of a successful team
- Living in or willing to relocate to Bedfordshire
- Happy to work mornings/afternoon shift, Monday to Friday
