You can expect to liaise with customers both on email and over the phone in German and English, whilst working as part of a friendly team to answer enquires and handling queries. You will receive full training in industry sector guidelines and legal liabilities to ensure the team remains compliant at all times
This role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail and a fluent level of both German and English. You will be comfortable in working to targets, prioritising your workload and be confident in speaking to customers whilst representing the company’s clients and brand.
