German speaking customer service administrator based in Warrington Paying up to £19K

You will be working for a fast growing IT support company based in Warrington
Your new role
You will be reporting into the customer service team leader and working along side a team of four within customer services.
You will be responsible for processing requests from customers, ensuring compliance checks are completed and all terms and conditions are sent out to all customers. You will also be booking transport to pick up orders from the customers. A large part of this role is ensuring a high quality of customer service is provided at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be fluent in German and English, have customer service experience and have an excellent attention for detail. Be highly motivated individual and a team player.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £18-£19K 31 Holidays plus 2 Bank holiday.
