Customer Service & Events Administrator - German Speaking - Borehamwood

£21,000 - £24,000

As the primary contact between the business and its customers, you'll be expected to ensure that every customer receives the same level of assistance and guidance you yourself would expect. To deliver that you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Support all customer requirements and internal operating systems
  • Deal with all orders on the phone and via online
  • Attend Events on a monthly basis overseas on weekends
  • See the order process from start to finish
  • Deal directly with clients keeping them updated on the progress of their order
  • Maintaining and delivering a first class customer service experience at all times
  • Representing the Brand name in a positive and professional way at ALL times
  • Apply 'Best Practice' standard to all work
  • Support and develop local operational procedures
  • Develop and maintain excellent internal and external customer relationships
  • Have a close eye for detail in all that you do

Customer service and accounts

  • First point of customer contact via email and phone
  • Responding and dealing with all client queries, via phone and email
  • Uploading clients on to CRM
  • Sending out broadcasts and reminder emails before and after events
  • Follow complaints procedure for any client complaints/refund requests
  • Make confirmation calls for 1 days and workshops
  • Ensure payment plans are up to date
  • Process payments at events and set up payment plans and subscriptions
  • Set up payment plans and subscriptions
  • Send out invoices for all payments
  • Make sure CRM is updated with all bank transfers that have come in
  • Deal with all payment enquiries
  • Sales report for after events

Event co-ordinator

  • Follow event checklist and timelines
  • Order food, gifts and stationary for events
  • Follow event preparation list
  • Check print levels and replenish event documentation where required (according to the checklists)
  • Check with UK team to ensure no document has changed
  • Event manage all German events by following procedures and syntax
  • Pack all stationary for events
  • Send sales report to UK team Post event
