German Speaking Customer Relations Executive

My client a Premium luxury brand are recruiting for a permanent Multilingual Customer Relations Executive in Didsbury.

For this role you will need to be fluent in English. Also German for this role due to talking to customers internationally.

The ideal candidate will have the following skill;

-German and English being fluent.

-Engage with all customers and make sure you are listening to all of the customers needs to advise them of the best service we can provide.

-Excellent and professional customer service at all times.

-To be able to build relationships with clients and customers.

-Excellent administration skills and a keen eye for detail.

-To provide evidence of being proactive in the workplace and having a "can do" approach.

-Driving license and car ( May be required to go to another site when needed)

Interviews will be being held as soon as possible and German tests may need to be done.
