£26K per annum + Bonus + Benefits

Kerr operating as an employment business working on behalf of our client, a successful and international e-commerce company. Join a friendly, passionate, multi-cultural team as the German speaking Customer Quality Auditor. The ideal candidate will be passionate for customer service and will ensure the quality provided is the desired by the company.

Working hours: Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm

Main responsibilities

  • To satisfy the customers' requirements, you measure the quality delivered, the perceived quality as well as the control of the corporate image.
  • Ensure the Customer Representatives' compliance with the business processes.
  • You will evaluate the activity of the Customer Representatives as well as their possible ways of improvement.
  • You will discuss your feedback and action plans with CS and Sales Managers in order to help the Customer Representatives to deliver the best quality.
  • You also update and create the training materials.
  • You will be responsible for the initial training with new agents and continuous one.
  • You will contribute closely to the continuous improvement of the department to trace back alerts, process bypasses, degraded activities, tools malfunctions and you should identify appropriate action plans.


  • Excellent level of German and English is a must
  • Experience within customer relationship as well as coaching or training
  • Experience within auditing
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Work well within a fast paced team environment
  • Fluent French or Dutch would be a plus
  • Experience of working in a call centre customer service environment
