German Speaking - Customer Experience Agent

Based in Luton, Bedfordshire our growing client is looking for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join on a busy customer services team.

This job would suit an enthusiastic German speaking individual with competent computer skills, clear and a friendly telephone manner. They will effectively and efficiently handle queries from customers ensuring the process is completed from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work quickly and under pressure along with a professional attitude when dealing with customers.

The successful candidate can come from a wide range of experiences; the most important aspect to this role is a desire to get into customer services with a good attitude to problem solving. This is a fast paced function and a strong, hands on attitude will be imperative.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requests effectively and ensure all queries are resolved within a timely and professional manner.
  • Work to maintain and promote the PI brand whilst delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Supports the customer journey through knowledge of available booking and information channels
  • Answering all incoming queries accurately and confidently, explaining policies, pricing and associated booking policies
