German Speaking Accounts Receivable Administrator

German Speaking Accounts Receivable Administrator required for a business based in Windsor. Reporting to the EMEA Senior Branch Accountant key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Management of customer account ledgers
  • Chasing customers for payment
  • Resolving customer deduction queries
  • Raising credit notes
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Overdue reporting
  • Customer refund request processing
  • Customer condition record maintenance & reporting
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Sending account statements and dunning letters to customers
  • Collating sell-in and sell-thru data to assist with quarterly reserves forecasting
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements
  • SOX compliance
  • Support Branch Manager in checking logistics invoices and collating inventory movement data

The ideal candidate will have German language skills (written and verbal to business level), have good understanding of AR related accounting entries and have SAP experience.
