German Speaking Accounts Receivable Administrator

A well - established client of ours is currently recruiting a German Speaking Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their German Branch based in Windsor. Key Accountabilities include:

  • Management of customer account ledgers
  • Chasing customers for payment
  • Resolving customer deduction queries
  • Raising credit notes
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Overdue reporting
  • Customer refund request processing
  • Customer condition record maintenance & reporting
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Sending account statements and dunning letters to customers
  • Assistance to Branch Accountant for month-end reporting (AR KPI's)
  • Collating sell-in and sell-thru data to assist with quarterly reserves forecasting
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements
  • SOX compliance
  • Support Branch Manager in checking logistics invoices and collating inventory movement data

The ideal candidate will have German language skills (written and verbal to business level), be numerate and analytical, have good understanding of AR related accounting entries, have SAP experience, strong Microsoft office excel skills and have experience of working in a SOX environment.
