The Junior International Sales Administrator role is a key position within the organisation. The individual will need to be an excellent team player, able to communicate effectively at all levels in the Company.

As a European manufacturing company Fluent German both written and spoken is a must and some knowledge of other European languages would be a distinct advantage.

Our client expect the ideal candidate to have some knowledge of order processing in a manufacturing environment and be able to use word-processing, manufacturing/accounts packages and spreadsheet applications to an intermediate level.

Organisation & Reporting

The Junior international sales administrator reports to the Senior International Sales Administrator and then to the International Sales Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:-
  • Customer liaison
  • Supporting the sales team in the field
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Preparation of Quotations
Shared Responsibilities:-
  • Sales order processing
  • Assisting in answering phone calls
  • Preparation of sales literature, brochures & reports (which could involve some basic translation)
  • Arranging delivery, transport and any necessary customs paperwork
  • Customer analysis and performance reports
  • Purchase order processing
  • Assisting accounts with credit control activities of some international customers
  • Administration
  • Personal development
  • Customer hospitality during site visits

  • Liaison with company agents, Distributors & OEM Customers and internal sales engineers
Working Hours:-

Monday-Friday: 37.5 hours per week- negotiable hours between 8:00am and 16:30pm with 1 hour lunch break.


This starts at 25 days for the first calendar year and builds up to 27 days after 2 years. The Company reserves the right to allocate some of your holiday entitlement to cover company shutdown periods. This currently covers three premium days, which need to be reserved for the Christmas shutdown period.


Depending experience GBP19-22K


The Company operates a contributory stake holder pension scheme. A perfect attendance scheme.

Full Training of all IT packages will be given to the right candidate.
