On behalf of our client, we have a fantastic opportunity for a German OR French speaker to join a truly international company.

This great (temporary ongoing or contract) opportunity offers you a variety of tasks in a truly exciting and international environment.
You will be working in a beautiful office in an easy to reach location for a well known company.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and German or French and comfortable leading a team. You will be responsible for managing a small team and dealing with third party providers.

Tasks:
*Leading a team of 5 CS employees includig team development and training
*Resolve customer issues and questions
*Handling the entire order to cash process
*Manage the entire CS journey
*Manage inventory and 3PL
*Business and SAP management
*Communication between departments; sales, logistics, fincance and more
*Develop relationships with key customers
*Always ensure that the customer is happy
*Database entry

Experience:
*Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Economics is preferred
*Fluent in German OR French and English
*A minimum of 5 years experience within CS and 3 years within CS management
*Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
*Experience managing a team of at least 3
*Experience working within Import/ Export
*Project mapping, SOP and project management experience
*MS Office knowledge is expected
*Experience within ERP, (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
*Advanced Excel knowledge

Skills:
*High attention to detail and a strong analytical mind
*Customer focused
*Able to take quick decisions

The salary on either a temp contract or a contract basis can go up to £75k p.a. depending on experience and qualifications.
