My client currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Apprentice to study for a Level 2 qualification. You will be facilitating office organisation and communication by performing administrative duties. Once you have completed there will be a clear route into the Customer Services team.
Providing office support including customer and employee support.
Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity.
Keeping computer databases up-to-date.
Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person.
Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department.
Taking phone messages and passing them on.
Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering.
Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending.
Making travel arrangements for employees.
Learning about the company's mission and available products/services.
Building relationships with clients.
Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding.
Writing and editing company correspondence.
Collecting and sorting post.
Scheduling appointments and events.
Ordering office stationery and other supplies.
Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments.
Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes.
Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required.
Qualifications and Skills
A Level or fluency in German or Mandarin.
GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths, A*-C preferred but not essential.
Interest in customer service.
Good at problem-solving
Good organisational and planning skills
Ability to prioritise
Ability to work on own initiative
