My client is a market leading distribution and stockist in the South Yorkshire area. They have been trading for over 100 years and are a leading employer.
Your new role
You will be the main point of contact for clients and will proactively liaise and input sales orders. In addition you will handle all quotations and new business and will be the first point of contact for your customers. You will also ensure outstanding customer service is given at all times and will build rapport and relationships with your customers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be fluent in German or Dutch and will feel confident and comfortable liaising with clients on a daily basis in either of or both of those languages. You will be a quick learner and will thrive off working in a team and on your own. At least 6 months experience in an office environment in either customer service or sales administration.
