Rule are working with a boutique recruitment agency specialising within the front office Investment Banking and Alternative Investment space. They are currently 15 employees big and growing headcount by 10 this year.
Joining this business you will have direct training from two directors with over 30 years combined experience and access to all the tools necessary to ensure success in the business; recruiter LinkedIn license, laptop, company phone, etc. Traditionally they were a business focused on headhunting within the UK, they have now expanded their offering to the US and European markets.
They have excellent relationships with their clients and although 90% of their work is contingent, of that 50% is exclusive. The leadership team have come from executive search backgrounds and therefore use rigorous search methodology when headhunting C-Suite candidates.
- £25K base salary, plus commission
- Weekly nights out with the team
- Monthly and quarterly parties (paid for by the company)
- Yearly holiday target (previous trips have been to Ibiza and skiing)
Individuals in this business in their mid-twenties are earning SIX-FIGURE-SALARIES.
The day to day of the job
- Headhunting senior candidates via LinkedIn
- Business development
- Advertising on various job boards
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Learning the market and become an industry expert
- Degree educated from a top 100 university with a 2:1 or above
- Bi-lingual in English and either German/French or Dutch
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in the Investment Banking/Alternative Investment space
- Competitive edge and a desire to be successful
