Evolve Recruitment are currently recruiting for a German Customer Services Account Manager to work for a fantastic organisation based in Chessington, Surrey. Candidates applying for the must be able to speak fluent German and English to promote and sell the full range of this company's products.


Key responsibilities:
·Evolve Recruitment are currently recruiting for a German Customer Services Account Manager to work for a fantastic organisation based in Chessington, Surrey.
·The German Customer Services Account Manager will be responsible for working as a team member alongside the Field Sales Executives and Customer Service Account Managers to offer the best service to customers and clients.
·You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the team targets, as well as individual targets. The German Customer Services Account Manager will need to up-sell during inbound and outbound calls and you will be tasked with using a consultative selling approach during these calls.
·The German Customer Services Account Manager will ensure that telephones are covered and answered at all times to ensure the highest level of customer service.
·You will need to build rapport with customers and develop an excellent understanding of their needs and requests. The German Customer Services Account Manager will also need to gain excellent market knowledge in order to assist clients appropriately.
·As the German Customer Services Account Manager, you will need to accurately write orders and pay extra attention to detail, ensuring that all information is correct i.e. account number, discounts, returns etc.
·This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will be required to commute to Chessington, Surrey on a daily basis


Key Skills:
·Must be able to speak fluent German
·Ideally, you will have 2+ years of sales or customer service experience within a fast-paced sales office.
·SAP experience is advantageous
·Calm and professional manner
·Applicants for the German Customer Services Account Manager must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will need to listen well and be able to adapt your communication style, dependent on customer/client.
·You must be self-motivated and enthusiastic within the work place
·Maths GCSE or above is essential
