We are currently recruiting x2 German Speaking Customer Service Advisers to join a Global Travel Insurance Organisation based in Surrey as a Concierge Service Specialist.

You will be responsible for dealing with some extraordinary requests on behalf of some demanding VIP customers, wherever they are in the world.

As a Concierge Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing world class customer service. You will take personal ownership for researching and delivering customer focused tailor made solutions.

You may also be required to support and service calls coming in to the Medical Assistance teams in busy periods (training will be given). The Medical Assistance Team deals with Emergency Medical Calls from Policy holders on a global basis who have become sick or injured abroad.

HOURS - DAY & NIGHT ROLES AVAILABLE

4 on 4 off 7:30 am, 9 am, 10:30 am

4 on 4 off - 9pm - 8am

Salary -

Very competitive salary + £500 language bonus + shift allowance

Day shift allowance - 10%

Night shift allowance - 25%

Experience

ALL applicants must be able to communicate in English and German to a fluent/native level. You must have the passion and ability to deliver first class customer service to clients on a global basis and a strong, clear telephone manner.
