German Customer Care Representative

Our client is a leading Gaming company here in Malta. Currently they are seeking for German Speaking Candidates to expand their diverse workforce.

Main Duties

  • Handling customer inquires, requests and complaints via email, phone and live chat.
  • Provide solutions to customers, addressing their issues and requests
  • Work as part of a dynamic team of professionals
  • Liaise with other departments across the business and report market activities
  • Assist the fraud department with fraud checks and processes
  • Be pro-active in proposing improvements and informing management on recurring customer issues

Qualifications & Experience

  • Native or fluent in German language
  • Proven experience within a multilingual customer service environment
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Computing skills, especially in web-based applications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and a team player
  • Must be able and willing to work shifts, including weekends
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta we will support your relocation….
