German Client Support Representative

Your new role

In your role it will be vital that you co-ordinate all customer queries and opportunities for the sales region in fluent German and English, the means you will be providing quotations and providing timely information to all customer. This position will involve you working directly with the line managers to support internal in their specified region. Key areas of your role will include

  • Ensuring that all customer issues and queries are acknowledged or answered
  • You will be able to fluently communicate in German and English
  • Flexibility as customer and team requirements change
  • Ensure relationships are built and managed both internally and externally
  • Ensures all quotation, project and promotional activity is monitored and reported monthly

What you'll need to succeed

You will have working knowledge of SAP, CRM systems or both and have previous experience within customer service or client support
