(German and Dutch Speaking) Customer Experience Advisor

Central London

£20- £25,000

Our Client, a rapidly expanding company, are currently seeking a bright and engaging fluent German and Dutch speaker to join their Customer Experience team on a full time, permanent basis. The role would involve delivering an excellent level of customer service, engaging with customers in an enthusiastic manner via telephone, email, live chat and social media.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in verbal and written German and Dutch language, be energetic and charismatic. They will have excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude, and will be passionate about working with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Engaging with customers and sharing a wealth of product knowledge in an enthusiastic manner

- Driving sales with a sincere passion for the product in all customer communications including inbound/outbound calls, email, live chat and social media

- Multitasking several enquiries at once using various computer systems

- Setting up customer accounts to place orders and taking payments

- Handling and personally resolving customer complaints

- Setting customer expectations regarding delivery and call back timeframes

- Liaising with delivery partners and other areas of the company including Operations and finance to make changes, following up on orders and chasing any delays or complaints

- Keeping a record of all customer interactions including comments and actions taken

- Meeting KPI’s

Skills and Experience:

- Fluency in English, German and Dutch (verbal and written)

- Proven customer service skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Flexibility with working hours

- Basic computer skills and competency with Social Media, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

- Ability to work well within a team and share new ideas

- Ability to positively influence pre-sale inquiries

- Multitasker and quick learner

- High attention to detail
