*Teach across key stages 3 & 4, although there will be a focus on key stage 3, as the school is looking to focus on preparing younger students for their GCSE studies, giving them a solid platform to build on
*Offer students opportunities to work independently and reach goals on their own merits but with your support
*Identify students who require extra help, and give them effective direction in order to close gaps in attainment between different groups
*Strong subject knowledge of Geography with ability to teach across Key Stages 3 & 4
*Good behaviour management skills and the ability to keep pupils engaged and on task
*Display consistently good and outstanding teaching in an effort to improve student achievement
