To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced and relevant differentiated curriculum for all pupils.
To monitor and support overall progress and development of pupils as a Teacher.
To facilitate and to encourage a learning experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
To contribute to raising standards of pupil attainment
To provide and monitor opportunities for personal growth and development
You will be expected to interact on a professional level with colleagues in order to promote a mutual understanding of the school curriculum.
You will assist in the development of appropriate schemes of work, resources, marking policies and teaching strategies
To contribute to the whole schools planning activities
You will have qualified teacher status and will have relevant experience within a similar teaching position.
We are looking for somebody who has high expectations, who is able to communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents and who is fully committed to the role.
Reed Education are committed to safe guarding and if successful you will be able to provide two years worth of employment references. If you currently do not have a DBS check in place, this will also need to be completed.
