Managing and maintaining our GentrackGBERS CRM system.
Providing Gentrack support to the rest of the organisation through your team
The delivery and management of the company projects road map.
Gathering requirements and plan solutions to Gentrack in collaboration with external providers, internal stakeholders and ensure they meet the industry’s regulatory requirements
Identifying and implementing improvements to Gentrack
Reporting directly to the Operations Director
Managing resources and budgets to deliver projects in a timely fashion and with high confidence of success.
Highlighting project or requirement conflicts and facilitate the resolution of these with the support of senior management
Managing the Gentrack team members to ensure optimum performance
Essential Experience Required
3+ years’ experience in the energy supply industry
Extensive experience in Gentrack in general and preferably GBERS
Proven track record in having delivered operational projects successfully
Understanding of the different project delivery methods and ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic business
Ability to demonstrate structure and discipline in projects whilst maintaining tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to manage expectations from all areas of the business
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively prioritise your own and team members work loads
Flexible approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience setting productivity objectives and supporting the team to deliver to high standards
Knowledge of the UK Energy Market
