Job Role: Administrator
Location: Northamptonshire and surrounding areas

Our clients are looking to build a talent pool of candidates who have strong administration background. The ideal candidates will possess good interpersonal skills, excellent organisational knowledge and must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner. You must be positive, self-motivated and able to work very closely with your team members.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Opening post and ensuring it gets to the correct department
Scanning of incoming documents
Stock management
Liaising with other department to ensure their post requirements are met
Liaising with external post companies to ensure that our requirements are met

Must be able to use a computer for work on excel and the internet.
Must be able to work mainly on their own and ensure that all their own work is completed.
Must be a good communicator.
Must be self-motivated.

Potentially can progress and can be trained on roles within other departments and to progress within the administration team.

- Previous general administration experience in an office environment
