Denham - 6 mth FTC - Up to £65,000 or Up to £350 per day

InterQuest Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for one of our most valued clients, a leading brand in thier field.

Job Summary - An experienced HR Generalist, responsible for contributing to and delivering the HR Plans that supports the HR strategy. You will be a team player capable of building and maintaining strong business partner relations, to enable you to professionally manage yout teams and deliver business results.

Duties:

Actively support the compliance of employment legislation through Company procedures, people management and processes, delivering a consistency in standards and practice throughout the region incorporating People Planning, Succession Planning and Recruitment.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with external recruitment companies in order to attract, recruit and retain the best in class candidates for roles for our client

Support the Talent Management process within the region ensuring a robust Succession and People plan. Contribute to and support recognition tools within the function in order to celebrate success and recognise the key achievements of personnel within the organization.

Deliver guidance and support to Corporate Management regarding HR Policies, Procedures, Contracts and Benefits to deliver a consistent approach throughout the region. Manage specific HR and Training projects and initiatives as required to the region, ensuring understanding and embedding processes.

You:

Qualifications -
*Educated to BA or BS Degree level or equivalent
*CIPD membership desirable

Experience -
*3-5 years HR experience or equivalent, in a service oriented international environment

Required Skills -
*Good understanding of the various cultural environments in which we operate
*Ability to work on own initiative
*Strong understanding of HR tools and procedures
*Strong oral and written communication skills
*Well developed PC skills
*Planning and organization skills
