Supply Teacher Responsibilities:-
Deliver pre-planned lessons in various subjects

Adapt to different school settings and classroom environments

Ensure student engagement and manage classroom behaviour

Provide feedback to permanent teaching staff after cover lessons

Work on a flexible basis in different schools

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools

Strong classroom management and adaptability
