General Office/Facilities Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a general office/facilities supervisor to join a highly regarded UK law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a diligent and hardworking individual who wants to join a forward thinking firm and make a difference.

The overall purpose of the role is to manage a small team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the general office department. Daily duties will include liaising with building management companies, facilitating office moves and relocations as well as ensuring the health and safety requirements meet the firm’s standards.

Strong management skills are essential as is the need to adopt a hands on flexible approach in order to set the right example. You will work closely with a number of departments within the firm on a variety of projects adding value wherever possible.

Applicants will have ideally performed similar roles throughout their career within the legal or professional services sector.
