Our client, an elite US Law Firm is looking to hire a General Office Assistant to join their stunning City of London office, on a full-time permanent basis.

They are seeking a bright, personable individual, who will be responsible for the efficient operation of the day-to-day facilities and office services duties.

Some of the responsibilities will include, facilities and officemaintenance including maintenance of equipment and facilities, security, conference room set up and office moves. Essentially it will be a varied 360 office services role, involving a lot of interaction with lawyers and all other members of staff.

If you can offer 1-2 years general office experience, within professional services, this role could be a real game changer.
