Goldman & Fine Group has an excellent opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to fill a temporary vacancy in a care home in Leicester. An excellent rate of pay and different shifts are available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • administering medication and managing intravenous IV drugs
  • carrying out resident assessments
  • developing, implementing and evaluating residents’ care plans
  • ensure residents’ well-being, physical, emotional and social needs are met
  • delivering the very best levels of care
  • promoting residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect
  • ensuring standards, policies and legislation are adhered to
  • delivering clinical guidance and training
  • striving for continuous improvement

Applicants must have:

  • valid NMC registration (Registered General Nurse)
  • experience in a care home
  • DBS certificate
  • good communication and listening skills
  • passion for providing the best for residents
  • the ability to form excellent customer relationships
  • a polite, respectful and compassionate approach
