General Manager

We are pleased to represent our client, a leading passenger car dealership in Dubai, in their search for an experienced and dynamic General Manager. This prestigious role involves overseeing multiple sites, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring the seamless operation and profitability of the business.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall success of the business, reporting directly to the Group General Manager. You will lead, motivate, and develop your teams across several locations, ensuring that the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency are maintained.

Key responsibilities include

• Full P&L accountability, ensuring profitability and maximising return on investment.
• Building and maintaining an excellent relationship with the OEM, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
• Delivering a world-class experience to customers, meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Leading by example to drive performance, ensuring that teams are fully engaged and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a seasoned automotive professional with at least 10 years' experience managing successful dealerships, ideally across multiple sites, as well as those in senior leadership roles within an OEM with previous hands-on automotive retail experience

• Proven leadership skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong P&L management experience with a focus on driving profitability.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with OEMs, fostering transparency and collaboration.
• A deep commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
