We are looking for an experienced General Manager for a high-end Restaurant. You will be a flexible, hands-on person that can work well within a team, with fantastic inter-personal skills. This position would suit someone who has a passion to work and is a self-motivated and enjoys working with people.
As General Manager your role will be to ensure the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently, to the highest standard. The General Manager will be fully responsible for staff management and accountable for generating new business. Prior experience at this level is essential.
Seating up to 80 people, this establishment offers a great dining concept. Using only local produce and producing every dish to a rosette standard, they pride themselves on their exceptional reputation.
The successful General Manager must have a solid CV, and experience in Food and Beverage is essential. The right candidate must be hands on and happy to lead and work alongside the existing staff. It will also be preferable for the successful GM to be passionate about good food, with an all-round knowledge of the workings of a commercial kitchen. As a General Manager you will be responsible for organizing the smooth running and growth of the site, and you will be a charismatic leader with a real passion for the hospitality industry. You will possess the strength of character to lead, and be part of a dedicated team with the ability to deliver excellence in all areas of the dining experience.
