An exciting opportunity has arisen at a state of the art elderly residential and dementia home offering luxury surroundings, with high quality care.
Due to the growth of the home we are recruiting for a General Manager to manage a large care centre. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the expansion and development of the home. You would be the overall responsible person for the home managing 2 Managers.
We are looking for an experienced General Manager who has previous working knowledge and experience in:

  • Opening a new elderly residential home.
  • Business acumen including managing budgets.
  • Marketing and increasing occupancy.
  • Recruitment on a large scale.
  • Managing and leading a new team, including team building.
  • Ensuring the home is registered for and meets all necessary regulations including CQC standards.
  • Strong knowledge in dementia care is also essential.

Salary: £50,000 Dependent on experience
