Search Construction are working with a leading Social Housing Refurbishment and Maintenance Contractor who are looking to add a General Manager to their Operations Team based in the Lanarkshire Area. This forward thinking, dynamic business are going through exceptional growth due to existing client relationships and new business wins within Local Authorities. As General Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Site Managers, Planners and Admin team and ensuring that all Refurb and Maintenance is carried out to Programme and Budget.
Must have experience working as a Contracts/General Manager within a Social Housing Contractor.
Comfortable dealing with Repair and Maintenance projects.
Comfortable liaising with Major Stakeholder and end clients.
Ideally have previous experience dealing with P+L Budgets.
Willing to commute across West Central Scotland
